UX Designer

About the Role

We’re looking for a talented UX Designer to help shape the user experience of our real-time notification platform. You’ll work closely with product managers and engineers to design intuitive interfaces that make complex real-time systems feel simple and delightful.

What You’ll Do

• Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups for our dashboard and developer tools
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
• Create and maintain our design system and component library
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
• Design for multiple platforms (web, mobile, and developer tools)
• Advocate for users throughout the product development process
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics

Requirements

• 3+ years of UX/UI design experience, preferably for B2B SaaS products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process and outcomes
• Expert proficiency in Figma (or similar design tools)
• Deep understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing
• Experience designing complex dashboards and data visualization
• Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first principles
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Nice to Have

• Experience designing developer-facing products or APIs
• Knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Background in interaction design or motion design
• Familiarity with real-time systems or notification platforms
