About the Role
We’re seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead strategic engineering initiatives across our platform. You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and design teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires both technical depth and strong project management skills.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end execution of complex technical projects and product initiatives
- Define project scope, goals, timelines, and success metrics with stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, design, product, and QA
- Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers proactively
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
- Track progress, communicate status, and escalate issues appropriately
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes and workflows
- Manage technical documentation and project artifacts
Requirements
- 4+ years of technical project management experience in software development
- Strong technical background (engineering degree or equivalent experience)
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with JIRA, Linear, or similar project management platforms
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
Nice to Have
- Previous experience as a software engineer or in a technical role
- PMP, CSM, or similar project management certification
- Experience with distributed systems, APIs, or real-time infrastructure
- Background in B2B SaaS or platform products
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and DevOps practices
- Experience managing remote and distributed teams
